Hello! I’m Lucy, an illustrator and aspiring author living in the beautiful Cotswolds with my husband and our two daughters. I graduated from Falmouth University in 2009 and have spent the past 15+ years bringing stories to life as a freelance illustrator. Along the way, I’ve also worked as a specialist painter for a leading British artist, which gave me an even deeper appreciation for colour, detail, and craft.

 

My work is rooted in a childhood spent in the countryside, my love of animals and nature, and—more recently—the endless inspiration provided by my two girls, who have a talent for turning everyday moments into adventures.

 

When I’m not at my desk with a cup of tea and my iPad, you’ll probably find me with my family, lost in a fantasy novel, or happily making a creative mess while learning a new craft.
