Hello! I’m Lucy and I’m an illustrator living in Cheltenham with my husband and daughter. I graduated from Falmouth University in 2009 and have spent the past 10+ years working as a freelance illustrator. Alongside freelancing, I have previously worked as a specialist painter for a leading British artist.

After a lifetime of exclusively painting with traditional media, I tentatively took the opportunity to try out working digitally. Although still a lover of gouache and acrylic, I am now an official digital convert! I work mainly with Procreate and Photoshop to create my illustrations and am always striving to maintain a hand drawn quality in my work. I love to experiment with characters, colour palettes and narrative and adding small details to my work.
